Our naturally delicious Portuguese Sausage products include the careful blending of quality chopped pork with selected subtle spices. All are manufactured under USDA Inspection. The distinguishing difference between the more subtle tasting LINGUICA and the spicier CHOURICO is the amount of chili pepper used in our manufacturing process. CHOURICO is available as either mild, hot, or extra-hot.
To enhance the authentic Portuguese flavor, all of our sausage products are smoked the traditional old-fashioned way... in fire-brick ovens over a hardwood fire.
